Samantha Kramer is an executive coach and HR leader with over a decade of experience in organizational systems management and human resources. Specializing in leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement, she brings a strategic approach to coaching individuals and teams. Samantha is an executive coach with Geffner Group, LLC and the owner of Kramer Consulting Group. Her expertise in HR and strategic consulting strengthens her executive coaching practice, enabling her to provide comprehensive support to leaders and organizations.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Samantha has worked with a diverse range of organizations to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize team dynamics, and drive organizational success. Her coaching and consulting experience spans industries, serving clients in organizations including Athens Services, Beach Cities Health District, Cigna, Come Alive Outside, EY, Fundação Getulio Vargas, Integrated Healthcare Mobile Solutions, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, USC, and various others in both the U.S. and Brazil. She has partnered with executives, emerging leaders, and teams to strengthen communication, refine leadership strategies, and support sustainable performance solutions.
In addition to her coaching work, Samantha served as the 2024 Board President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Los Angeles Chapter, where she actively contributes to the professional development of the coaching community. She holds an Executive Master of Leadership from USC and is passionate about empowering leaders through tailored coaching programs and strategic HR solutions. Samantha provides services in both English and Portuguese.
