Evie DiCiaccio

Senior Coach

A member of the Geffner Group, LLC coaching team, Evie has worked for 10 years as a certified executive coach and strategic consultant. Her clients include senior and mid-level leaders at non-profit organizations public agencies, county governments, and educational institutions. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Evie held senior development positions at leading non-profit organizations and educational institutions where she led large teams to achieve ambitious goals. She has also directed community-based projects and business ventures in southern Africa.

As an executive coach, Evie helps clients to define their goals and then achieve them through specific action steps and an accountability plan. Clients learn to navigate obstacles that are impeding their professional growth while building self and social awareness. When appropriate, Evie facilitates 360 feedback for clients to help define coaching goals.

In addition to executive coaching, Evie facilitates strategic planning for organizations seeking to create a roadmap for the future. She also conducts workshops on Networking and Partnerships, Appreciation through Self and Social Awareness, and various development topics. Evie holds a master’s degree from Carleton University, and accreditation from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
