Building A New Leadership Ladder
By Carol J. Geffner, Ph.D.
Strategies for transforming workplace cultures to support a new generation of women leaders.
Closing the gender gap requires more than asking women to “lean in.” Organizations must step up. Leadership expert Carol Geffner makes the case that actively removes barriers and creates real pathways to advancement.
Drawing on 200+ hours of interviews with women leaders across sectors, Building a New Leadership Ladder reveals a critical gap: even when promoted, women often lack access to the networks and support their male peers receive. The book offers practical, cross-industry strategies to change that.
More than a guide, it’s a call to action for organizations ready to build cultures where women’s leadership is fully supported, recognized, and rewarded.
